Here is a Christmas Snack for any holiday occasion.

You Need
•Toothpicks
•Bananas
•Strawberries
•Mini Marshmallows

Create a Kabob with a banana slice on the bottom, a strawberry with its leaves chopped off, and a marshmallow on top.

The final result will look like this

•Christmas paper
•scissors
•sharpie
•dry erase marker

1.An interesting shaped box can be cool but impossible to wrap. Try holiday ribbon and wrap it around!

2.A simple patterned wrapping paper can easily be perked up with a necklace wrapped around like ribbon.

3.Colored bag plus patterned tissue paper is a super easy wrapping for any shape or size.

4. Some stores have Chinese takeout boxes with a holiday pattern on it and you can put a small gift inside and wrap it with tissue paper.

DIY Pen

All you’ll need for this quick DIY is
• scissors
• design paper
• clear pen

Take the ink container out of your pen, then roll up your design paper very small, stick it into the clear container that holds all of the parts. This may take some time but it’s very worth it!!
Put all the materials back into the pen and you’ve got yourself a personalized pen

DIY candle

All you’ll need to make your very own candle is
•sharpies
•wax paper
•white candle
•blow dryer

First write out what you want your candle to say on the wax paper.
Then you can either tape the wax paper onto the candle or hold it

Finally begin to blow dry your wax paper to the candle. The wax paper will eventually melt onto your candle leaving it totally personalized!

Be Thankful Turkey

Tis the season to be thankful, so here is a turkey/be thankful gift to make with te family or for fun:)

Start with some turkey colored feather shape papers. Either color them in or use construction paper

Then fill a baby food jar with M&Ms

Write what you are thankful for on the feathers or you can leave them blank.

Attach eyes (googly eyes would’ve been awesome but I couldn’t find them) and a beak to finish your turkey off.

Two easy fall outfit ideas

Black jeans, a basic sweater, Riding boots, and a statement necklace makes a great fall outfit, even add some studded earrings for extra sass.

This is more of a lazy day outfit. Throw on some sweats, a white shirt, some boots, and maybe even a scarf. You’ll look like you tried a whole lot but you didn’t.

Hot Cocoa Cubes

The cold weather just makes you want to drink hot chocolate, and what better than to give the gift of chocolate! Whether you give it or eat it yourself here is how to make hot chocolate cubes!

You need
Almond bark or any meltable chocolate
•You can try other flavors like white chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate or cherry.
Toppings
•Sprinkles, Marshmallows, Peppermint
Ice cube tray

And if you want a salty caramel drink, use rolos.
You could also choose another candy to try!

Melt the chocolate or candy in the microwave until it is a liquid.
Pour it into the ice tray
Add your favorite toppings

Here are some topping and flavor combinations to try
•White chocolate Peppermint
•Milk Chocolate MarshMallow
•Dark Chocolate & Cherry with Sprinkles
•Rolos with Salt

Ours didn’t turn out as pretty as we thought, but they tasted good! I used Milk Chocolate and Sprinkles and Rolos with Salt.
Freeze them and take them out when your are ready to eat or bag them up as a Gift.
Just put the cubes in hot milk and they will melt and they are delicious!

What to do with and old altoids tin

These are all the supplies you’ll need.
Scrapbook paper
Rubbing alcohol
Cotton balls
Mod podge
Scissors
Paint bursh
Altoids tin
Letter stickers(optional)

After you rub down your tin with the rubbing alcohol trace the outside of the ton on the scrapbook paper

Apply a layer of mod podge

Stick your traced piece of scrap book paper and stick it on.
Tear and stick scrapbook paper pieces onto the side of the tin.

Wait for the tin to dry then add some letter stickers. Apply a thin layer of mod podge over the letters to insure that they stay in place

Fill your tin and enjoy!!

Hair Bows

The yellow polka dot one is 18 inches and the blue one I think is around 10. I would recommend making them bigger. We had to make 40 for choir and we were limited on ribbon.

Tie the other ribbon around the middle of the loops. 20131106-190114.jpg
Ruffle the loops out to a bow shape and cut the edges of the ribbon. Now you have your final bow!20131106-190240.jpg
